I’m a Christian life & mindset coach for women.

Anything worth doing usually takes a lot of drive, endurance and the mental mindset to stay in it day in and day out.
One of the best ways to stay in the game is through community.

During our online sessions I’ll address at least one area of your life where you are feeling stuck or need to process. I’ll help you find clarity and next steps. You’ll also glean from watching other women’s coaching.
Coffee Connect
Engage live with each other on video chat. Get to know each other better, celebrate achievements, receive feedback and get support where you may be struggling. We start and end both Group Coaching and Coffee Connect with prayer.
Community Forum
This is so NOT a Facebook group. It’s a genuine forum with categories and topics that make this type of community engagement a far better experience. The forum brings us together on a regular basis for those participate, and allows for private messaging and more. A highlight is our “Monday Goal Check-In”, where we share progress on our goals with next steps & tasks for the upcoming week.
